Abirami Ramanathan, one of the leading exhibitors in the state is getting into film production. Samiksha and Jayaram in Panchamirtham. Ramanathan has completed the entire shoot of his Panchamirtham, directed by Raju Easwaran, in record time. The film is getting ready for release in December and has Jayaram and Nasser in the lead roles— playing mythological characters Maarichan and Naradhar, along with Aravind (of Chennai-600028 fame), Saranya Mohan, Samiksha, Karunas, and M S Bhaskar. The film has music by Sundar C Babu. Says Abirami Ramanathan, “We have been exhibiting and distributing Tamil films for nearly three decades. It is but natural that we ventured into production.
